Group 1 Skoda Southend staff were good because James the salesman took time explaining everything, I had an excellent hand over all my questions were answered, I went back a few days later and James once again explained how to use the speed limiter.

I would not recommend Group 1 Skoda Southend because car was not ready for collection. Problem with vehicle which has not been rectified 14 days from collection contrary to promises of sales agent. I shall need continue to chase to have problem resolved.
Felt as though it was a first time they’d had a car collected, quite amateur. Expect better from a Group 1 branch, will not use again & actively discourage friends / family from the group.
